A: IV hydration is not recommended for individuals with certain health conditions, including heart disease, liver or kidney disease, uncontrolled diabetes, pregnancy, or for those under 18 or with poor vein access.

A: The effects can last between 1-2 weeks, depending on your chosen service, lifestyle, and metabolism. Many clients benefit from receiving IV hydration on a weekly or biweekly basis.
